Breezyhill Field

We kindly ask all residents to properly store their trash cans as directed by the Architectural Design & Maintenance Standards:

Single Family- Trash and recycling containers must be stored on one's own property and should be stored out of plain view. Storage of these containers in open view in front of, or beside the house or garage negatively affects the aesthetics of your home and community. It is a violation to leave trash cans and recycling containers at the curb or on the street on any day that is not a scheduled trash removal day.

Townhome- Storage of trash and recycling containers must be on one's own property; in the garage (if one exists) or behind the rear plane of the home against the structure. Containers may be stored on the side of end-unit townhomes if it is hidden from plain view. If trash and recycling storage containers are kept on an elevated deck, they must have a lid. It is a violation to leave trash and recycling containers at the curb or on the street on any day that is not a scheduled trash removal day.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Trash Notice

Due to ongoing concerns and numerous complaints received by the Association Office and Townhome Committee regarding the monopolization of Open Parking spaces and excessive numbers of vehicles per residence, the Board of Trustees has approved a Pilot Parking Program for Chokeberry Square & Southwind Terrace. The Association mailed out all hangtags to homeowners addresses & off site addresses on August 11th. If you still have not received yours, please contact the Association office.

WELCOME TO

Ashburn Farm Association

There is only one way to find out if a community is right for you and your family. You must get out and experience it. Take to the sidewalks, stroll through the neighborhoods, and talk to the people you meet about why they chose to live here. We encourage you to explore Ashburn Farm in this detail because we know that you will love what you find, the parks, the people, the amenities, the setting. Ashburn Farm blends Virginia’s picturesque beauty with stunning homes and ample community amenities in Loudoun County. The majority of the land on which Ashburn Farm is located was sold to, or inherited by, John Janney, a Delegate for Loudoun County until his death in the late 1800’s. Mr. Janney called the area Ashburn Farm because of close family friends with the same name. The land was eventually sold to Senator William Stewa, later being further divided, and sold. The last owner was the Gray Family, who operated a dairy farm on the land. A windmill was salvaged and restored from the Gray estate and now stands with a large “Ohio Buckeye” tree near the Windmill Community Center.
