The ARB (Architectural Review Board) meets on the second and last Thursday of each month. The ARB will meet once in November and December on the second Thursday of each month. Residents must submit the complete exterior alteration (EAA) application to the ARB department seven days before the meeting date. The application can be submitted to ARB@afhoa.net or dropped off at the Association office in the drop box located next to the accessible parking space.
We are looking for a couple of new members. You’ll get the chance to meet other neighbors in the Community, play an active role in reviewing applications for modifications on properties, contribute to updating the Architectural Standards, and help keep Ashburn Farm one of the most sought-after communities to live in Loudoun County.
