|Disclosure Documents (Selling Your Home)|
The Disclosure Request Form is used to order the appropriate Homeowners Documents for selling your home. The form can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the left column and return the completed form, with payment,to the Association Office. The Disclosure Request form can be faxed to the Association Office at 703-729-0247 (Attn: Cheri) or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The request will not be processed until payment is received if the request is not being billed to the Homeowner's assessment account. Payment must be made with either cash or check only); unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit cards at this time.
Once a disclosure request is received, the staff will complete an exterior inspection of your property. Ashburn Farm Association will inspect the property as required by the Virginia Property Owner's Association Act. Section 55-509.6. Also see "Covenants" for information on the property inspection made when a disclosure request is submitted.
All Disclosure Packets must be picked up and signed for at the Ashburn Farm Association Office. The requester will be notified by phone when the packet is completed. This process requires 14 calendar days from the date the request is received by the Association Office.
The cost for disclosure packages is as follows:

- Paper Disclosure Condo $100.00
- Rush Fee** $50.00
- Disclosure Update (within 12 months of original request) $150.00

|Planned Unit Development (PUD) Questionnaires|
These questionnaires are often required for refinancing purposes. The fees and turnaround times are as follows (effective February 2, 2011): 24-hour turnaround - $200.00; 5-day turnaround - $100.00. Companies can fax the questionnaire, and a "copy" of the check to 703-729-0247 (Attention: Cheri). The check should then be sent via overnight delivery to the Association Office (21400 Windmill Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147). Once the check is received, the finalized questionnaire will be faxed to the requested source along with a copy of the Certificate of Insurance for the Common Area and the Association's budget information.
