Disclosure packages for condominiums must be requested through both Ashburn Farm Association and your Condo Management Firm.

The Disclosure Request form is used to order the appropriate Homeowners Documents for selling your home.  The form can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the left column and return the completed form, with payment,to the Association Office.  The Disclosure Request form can be faxed to the Association Office at 703-729-0247.  However, the request will not be processed until payment is received if the request is not being billed to the Homeowner's assessment account. Payment (cash or check only - payable to AFA), credit cards are not accepted at this time. All Disclosure Packets must be picked up and signed for at the Ashburn Farm Association Office. The requester will be notified by phone when the packet is completed. This process requires 14 calendar days from the date the request is received by the Association Office.

The cost for a new request is $200.00 (non-refundable) - cash or check only - for single family, townhomes &"patio homes".  Disclosure packets for condos cost $100.00 because there is no exterior inspection done by the Ashburn Farm Association on this type of property.  An update to the original package is $50.00.

Questionnaires, usually required for refinancing purposes.  The fees and turnaround times are are noted below (effective October 5, 2005):

Companies can fax the questionnaire, and a "copy" of the check to 703-729-0247 (Attention: Cheri).  The check can then be sent overnight delivery to the Association Office (21400 Windmill Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147).  When the check is received the finalized questionnaire will then be faxed to the requested source along with a copy of the Certificate of Insurance for the Common Area and the Association's budget information.
